Another clever meal my hubby made! On the 11th of January, I went down to Capel with the children and the rest of my family, to go to my sister Alyssa's birthday. I joked that Jan could make dinner, because I would be home late. And guess what! This delicious meal was waiting for us when we got home. He'd even been to the shop to get the ingredients!!
