Fonti's Pool
On Monday the 12th of April until Wednesday the 14th of April we went down to Fonti's Pool for a holiday. Hillie came along too. We had a very lovely time!! It is such a beautiful place to visit!! Often photos look nicer than the real thing, but I tell you, this place is even nicer than the photos!! We had a WONDERFUL time!! We also did some sightseeing around the place.

Our holiday house for 2 nights

On the Tuesday around 12:30pm, we went next door to Fonti's fruit and nut farm. The farmer was a very friendly guy and he gave a tour through his packing shed. They were packing apples. So we got to see the process of the apples from the crates to being sorted, washed, weighed, waxed, labeled and then the people packing them into trays. Very interesting for the kids. Now theey know that apples don't just come from Coles or Woolies!!
